Mark Latini is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara, where he earned a degree in Business / Economics. Mark began his mortgage career in 1997 working as a loan officer with Marina Mortgage, a direct lender in Irvine, CA. After a few years of learning the ins and outs of the business Mark joined a small local mortgage broker, Geneva Capital Network, in Huntington Beach CA and learned the broker side of the industry. In 2005 Mark came on board with Divita Home Finance. His 14 years of experience in FHA, VA, and conventional lending both as a direct lender and a broker allow him to give you a handful of lending options. We will find the loan option which best matches your current needs and long term investment goals. We will be there for you throughout the home loan process.
