Michael DiVita is a Californian, an alumnus of Loyola High School, Santa Clara and California State Universities. He grew up in Beverly Hills and began his mortgage career in Westwood. After several years he moved to San Diego where he started the company, DiVita Home Finance Inc. He later married and relocated with his family to San Francisco. He has firsthand knowledge of Southern and Northern California real estate and business associates throughout the state. Personal service and loans tailored to your needs are his priority. Melissa D. DiVita
Director of Business Development

Melissa DiVita is a Bay Area native, an alumna of Marin Catholic High School and Santa Clara University. She grew up in Belvedere and began her career in the securities business as a trader at Robertson Stephens, Van Kasper and Bear Stearns. She then expanded into Residential Real Estate working for Hill and Company in San Francisco. Most recently, Melissa worked as Director of Business Development and Marketing at Nollenberger Capital and WJB Capital. Melissa brings over 10 years of Real Estate, Marketing and Business Development experience. Along with her husband Michael, her focus is to market and expand the DiVita Home team.

Phillip DeMaria
Chairman and Broker

As a former Senior Vice President and head of Real Estate Lending for Bank of California, Senior Vice President of First Nationwide Bank, Division President of BA Mortgage and International Realty, and Senior Vice President of Bank of America, Phillip brings a depth of real estate lending and management experience to our company. Combining his corporate experiences with his own entrepreneurial business endeavors, Phil has learned that when it comes to customer service, there are advantages to being unburdened by the large corporation. Phil has helped set our mission, to put our clients first and provide them with the best possible personal service. Phil graduated from Bellarmine College Preparatory before earning his degree in Finance from the University of Santa Clara. He is a Past President of the Bay Area Mortgage Association and past committee Chairman of the California Mortgage Bankers Association.
